Contractor Transition Responsibilities. If this Contract terminates under, Termination by Huron Valley Schools, the Contractor must make reasonable efforts to transition the performance of the work, including all applicable equipment, services, software, and leases, to Huron Valley Schools or a third party designated by Huron Valley Schools within a reasonable period of time that does not exceed 30 days from the date of termination. The Contractor must provide any required reports and documentation.
