Contractor Transition Responsibilities. If this Contract terminates under, Termination by Xxxxx XXXX, the Contractor must make reasonable efforts to transition the performance of the work, including all applicable equipment, services, software, and leases, to Xxxxx XXXX or a third party designated by Xxxxx XXXX within a reasonable period of time that does not exceed 30 days from the date of termination.
