CONTRACTOR TRAINING. The Contractor is generally expected to maintain the professional qualifications and certifications of its personnel through on-going training. Unless specifically authorized in an individual Order, the Contractor shall not directly bill the Government for any training.

CONTRACTOR TRAINING. Before the on-site Services begin, Contractor will provide occupational safety and health training in accordance with applicable federal, state and local occupational safety and health laws, regulations and standards including the OSHA standards and these Requirements.
