Contractor Staff. a. Prior to the effective date of this Contract, the Contractor shall have provided to DCYF an organization chart of the Contractor’s Staff, including the names and positions of Staff that will be performing services pursuant to this Contract. The Contractor shall also provide to DCYF job descriptions for the Staff performing services pursuant to this Contract.
