Common use of Contractor Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Contractor Responsibility. The Contractor shall be responsible for the level of quality, timely completion and coordination of all services rendered by the Contractor, and shall, without additional compensation, promptly remedy and correct any errors, omissions or other deficiencies. In the process of executing all services rendered under this Agreement, the Contractor must use due care not to cause any damage to public or private property.
