Common use of Contractor Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Contractor Responsibility. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing and delivery of all property and equipment necessary to provide the Services, whether or not the Contractor is the manufacturer or producer of such property or equipment. Further, the Contractor will be the sole point of contact on contractual matters, including all warranty issues and payment of charges resulting from the use or purchase of property and equipment.
