Contractor Representatives. The following principal(s) of CONTRACTOR are designated as being the principal(s) and representative(s) of CONTRACTOR authorized to act in its behalf with respect to the work specified in this Agreement and make all decisions in connection with this Agreement: REPRESENTATIVE 1 REPRESENTATIVE 2
Contractor Representatives. All Contractor Representatives shall be properly trained technicians who meet or exceed any specified training qualifications. Upon request, the Contractor shall furnish a copy of technical certification or other proof of qualification. All Contractor Representatives must comply with all security and administrative requirements of the Department and with all controlling laws and regulations relevant to the services they are providing under the Contract. The State may conduct, and the Contractor shall cooperate in, a security background check or other assessment of any Contractor Representative. The Department may refuse access to, or require replacement of, any Contractor Representative for cause, including, but not limited to, lack of technical or training qualifications, quality of work, change in security status, or noncompliance with the Department’s security or administrative requirements. Such approval shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligation to perform all work in compliance with the Contract. The Department may reject and bar from any facility, for cause, any Contractor Representatives.

Contractor Representatives. Contractor designates, and District agrees to accept, Xxxxx xxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx as Contractor Representatives for all matters relating to Contractor’s performance under this Agreement. The actions taken by Contractor Representative shall be deemed the acts of Contractor. Contractor may, upon written notice to District, pursuant to Section 7.5 hereof, change the designated Contractor Representative.
Contractor Representatives. The Contractor’s representatives on this contract responsible for contract management are those persons identified by the contractor in the Representations and Certifications Form and as required by any other clause to this contract.
Contractor Representatives. Contractor designates, and Owner agrees to accept, Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxx as Contractor Representative for all matters relating to Contractor’s performance under this Agreement. The actions taken by Contractor Representative shall be deemed the acts of Contractor. Additionally, before commencement of the Work on Site, Contractor shall appoint (i) as Project Manager to supervise all matters related to the performance of the Work, and (ii) a Construction Manager with the necessary experience in order to supervise the construction of the Park. The Construction Manager shall be based on the Site. The Project Manager shall be based in Spain from commencement of the Work on Site. Not later than thirty (30) days before commencement of the Work on Site, Contractor shall appoint a health and safety manager (the “Health and Safety Manager”) to supervise all matters related to health and safety during the performance of the Work. The Health and Safety Manager shall be in permanent contact with the Health and Safety Coordinator and shall perform his functions as set out in Section 8.4. Contractor may, upon written notice to Owner, pursuant to Section 33 hereof, change the designated Contractor Representative or the Health and Safety Manager.
Contractor Representatives. (1) The Contractor Representative shall have authority to schedule and assign contractor aircraft and crews in response to Government requirements. The Contractor Representatives shall interface between the Government and the contractor and shall:

The Contractor shall appoint a State Project Manager, specifically assigned to State of Michigan accounts, that will respond to State inquiries regarding the Contract Activities, answering questions related to ordering and delivery, ongoing service and maintenance, warranties, Election Day support, and other key requirements covered by the Contract (the “Contractor Representative”). The State Project Manager shall maintain a presence in the State of Michigan.
