Common use of Contractor Representative Clause in Contracts

Contractor Representative. Contractor shall designate an employee and make known to County the name and title of this employee within its organization who is authorized to act as Contractor’s representative in its performance of this Agreement. Contractor Representative shall have the responsibility of working with County to coordinate the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
