Common use of Contractor Personnel Clause in Contracts

Contractor Personnel. Personnel proposed in the Contractor’s written bid to the Procuring Agency are considered material to any work performed under this Price Agreement. Once a Purchase Order or contract has been executed, no changes of personnel will be made by the Contractor without prior written consent of the Procuring Agency. Replacement of any Contractor personnel, if approved, shall be with personnel of equal ability, experience, and qualifications. The Contractor will be responsible for any expenses incurred in familiarizing the replacement personnel to insure their being productive to the project immediately upon receiving assignments.
