CONTRACTOR LICENSE. The Contractor must be properly licensed as a contractor from contract award through Contract acceptance (Public Contract Code § 10164).
CONTRACTOR LICENSE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor and any subcontractors shall retain a royalty free non-exclusive license to reproduce such Works for internal use in furtherance of their services on behalf the Trust, for the length of this of this Contract, or, in the case of a subcontractor, for the length of such subcontractor’s contract with Contractor, and to have such Works published for any academic purpose including, but not limited to, publication as part of any thesis or dissertation or journal article, subject to the provisions of Section I-19 News Releases of the Request for Proposal.

CONTRACTOR LICENSE. An Employer can only become a party to this agreement if such Employer possesses the proper state licenses and permits, including a California C15 license for Employers working in California.

In addition, PENNDOT reserves all rights not expressly set forth in this Paragraph. This license is also conditioned upon CONTRACTOR’s compliance with the provisions of the intellectual property laws of the United States. All copies, reproductions, and publications made pursuant to this license shall bear appropriate proprietary notices.
CONTRACTOR LICENSE. County grants Contractor a license to use County’s property as necessary to perform its obligations under the Agreement.”
CONTRACTOR LICENSE. Contractor shall maintain, and shall require all Subcontractors to maintain, applicable contractor’s licenses as required by applicable Laws.
CONTRACTOR LICENSE. Prior to construction, a list of all proposed subcontractors shall be submitted to the ARC. For himself(herself) and all subcontractorson on the Property, Builder/Contractor shall present to the ARC valid Georgia Contractor or other appropriate licenses. Any party on the Property who does not have a required license shall be immediately dismissed from the Property by an agent of the ARC.

CONTRACTOR LICENSE. The Contractor shall be properly licensed, under the New Mexico Construction Industries Regulations, for all aspects of work requirements, including at least one New Mexico Licensee - EE98. Actual work is to be performed only by workmen properly licensed and skilled in applicable trade. No one under age 18 is to be employed on any related project. It is the contractor's responsibility to secure in a timely manner and pay for all necessary permits required for any particular job.
