Common use of Contractor Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Contractor Indemnity. In no event shall the Commonwealth, FAC, the Department or Enrollee be liable for the payment of any debt or fulfillment of any obligation of the Contractor or any Subcontractor to any Subcontractor, supplier, Out-of-Network Provider or any other party, for any reason whatsoever, including the Insolvency of the Contractor or any Subcontractor insolvency. The Contractor agrees that any Subcontract will contain a hold harmless provision.
