Contractor Guarantees. CDOT shall cause each Contractor with which CDOT contracts directly to guarantee all Work performed by it or any subcontractor or other Person performing Work on its behalf against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one year after the Completion Date, provided that such one year period shall not begin with respect to any item that is not completed on the Completion Date until such item is completed.
Contractor Guarantees. AccessCal shall cause each contractor and, at AccessCal's discretion, any subcontractor, that is responsible for the construction of any portion of the Facilities to bond or otherwise guarantee all work performed by it against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one year after the Completion Date, provided that such one year period shall not begin with respect to any item that is not completed on the Completion Date until such item is completed.

All Contractor furnished materials shall be new unless the drawings and specifications permit otherwise. Contractor’s guarantees set forth in this section shall extend for twelve (12) months from completion. Contractor shall correct any defects in its Work for a period of twelve (12) months from completion of the Work.
Contractor Guarantees. The contractor must discuss and obtain permission or approval for significant changes into the course of the work, the contractor agrees to make aware to the company of every item in the action course required. Including costs changes. The contractor agrees to produce recommendations and sourcing of solutions via written materials such as text, presentation and articles (the “Work”) at the request of the Company for fees agreed upon in advance and turn in or deliver the Work by an agreed upon deadline. The contractor agrees that they will be the author of the Work, which will be original work by the contractor, free of plagiarism. The Contractor agrees to use reasonable care to ensure that all facts and statements in the Work are true and that the Work does not infringe upon any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of a third party. The Contractor agrees that the Company has the right to use and edit the Work as it deems appropriate for publication or internal use, and that the Contractor will cooperate with the Company in editing and otherwise reviewing the Work prior to its use. Contractor will cooperate with Company if any complaints, claims or litigation should arise regarding the Work.

Contractor Guarantees. Contractor shall not, except as authorized or required by its duties by law, reveal or divulge to any person or entity any PII which becomes known to it during the term of this Program Agreement. Contractor shall keep all PII entrusted to it completely secret and shall not use or attempt to use any such information in any manner which may injure or cause loss, either directly or indirectly, to SCTA / TAM. Contractor shall comply, and shall cause its employees, representatives, agents and subcontractors to comply, with such directions as SCTA / TAM may make to promote the safeguarding or confidentiality of all its resources. If requested by SCTA / TAM, Contractor shall sign an information security and confidentiality agreement provided by SCTA / TAM and attest that its employees, representatives, agents, and subcontractors involved in the performance of this Program Agreement shall be bound by terms of a confidentiality agreement with Contractor substantially the same in its terms.
Contractor Guarantees. The Sublessee shall cause each Contractor with which the Sublessee contracts directly to guarantee all Work performed by it or any subcontractor or other Person performing Work on its behalf against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one year after the Completion Date, provided that such one year period shall not begin with respect to any item that is not completed on the Completion Date until such item is completed. The Sublessee shall assign to the State any guarantee of workmanship and materials which it may receive but shall retain the right to enforce such guarantee directly.
