The Contractor shall not make any public statements, press releases, publicity releases, or other similar communications concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.
