Contractor and County. mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of Contractor’s patient records and information, in compliance with all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA and California Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 5328. Contractor shall inform all of its officers, employees and agents of the confidentiality provisions of all applicable statutes.
