Contractor and all Contractor. Parties shall develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive written information security policy for the protection of Confidential Information that meets or exceeds current industry standards and best practices as they may be amended from time to time. The safeguards contained in the written information security policy must meet or exceed the standards for the protection of Confidential Information, and information of a similar character, as set forth in all applicable federal and State law and in the written policies of DMV or DAS concerning the confidentiality of Confidential Information. Contractor and all Contractor. Parties shall develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive Written Information Security Policy (“WISP”) for the protection of Confidential Information that meets or exceeds current industry standards as may be amended from time to time. The safeguards contained in the WISP shall meet or exceed the standards for the protection of Confidential Information, and information of a similar character, as set forth in all applicable federal and State law and in the written policies of the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) or OPM concerning the confidentiality of Confidential Information. Such data-security program shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Contractor and all Contractor. Personnel performing any Work or operation or maintenance work on the LAR Interconnecting Pipelines or Pipeline Facilities (as defined in 49 CFR 192 and 195) pursuant to this Agreement will: (a) comply with the Accountable Pipeline Safety and Partnership Act of 1996 (the “Pipeline Safety Act”), 49 CFR Parts 192 or 195; (b) meet the U.S. Department Transportation’s Operator qualification requirements and Company’s qualification requirements by being qualified by the National Center for Construction Education Research, Operator Qualification Solutions Group, or any other qualification program approved by Company; and (c) create and retain required records under the Pipeline Safety Act and any regulations or rules promulgated in accordance therewith.
