Common use of Contracting Parties Clause in Contracts

Contracting Parties. Bliss Sports expressly affirms for and on behalf of each Contracting Party identified in this Agreement, and which may be identified by Bliss Sports after the date of this Agreement, that each Contracting Party is or will be contractually bound to perform each and every service described by Bliss Sports for each Contracting Party.
