Common use of Contracting Officer Clause in Contracts

Contracting Officer. Contracting Officer from the Procurement Division of the Loudoun County Department of Management & Financial Services assigned to manage the Contract. Commonwealth. Commonwealth of Virginia and/or the County of Loudoun County. The County of Loudoun in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Also referred to herein as County of Loudoun or Board. The Board of Supervisors of Loudoun County, Virginia and is referred to throughout the Contract Documents as if singular in number and masculine in gender.
