Contracting Officer (CO). The OASIS CO is the sole and exclusive GSA Government official with actual authority to administer and/or modify the terms of OASIS, monitor the Contractor's performance in the areas of contract compliance and contract administration, and assist the Contractor and OCO on matters related to the OASIS terms and conditions.
