Contracting Information. To the extent Section 552.371 of the Texas Government Code applies to Provider and the Contract, in accordance with Section 552.372 of the Texas Government Code, Provider must (a) preserve all contracting information related to the Contract in accordance with the records retention requirements applicable to the GLO for the duration of the Contract, (b) no later than the tenth business day after the date of the GLO’s request, provide to the GLO any contracting information related to the Contract that is in Provider’s custody or possession, and (c) on termination or expiration of the Contract, either (i) provide to the GLO at no cost all contracting information related to the Contract that is in Provider’s custody or possession or (ii) preserve the contracting information related to the Contract in accordance with the records retention requirements applicable to the GLO. Except as provided by Section 552.374(c) of the Texas Government Code, the requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to the Contract and Provider agrees that the Contract may be terminated if Provider knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.*

The term “contracting information “as used in this paragraph has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 552.003 of the Texas Government Code, as amended.
Contracting Information. The Contractor must preserve all contracting information related to this Contract as provided by the records retention schedule requirements applicable to the City for the duration of this Contract. Contractor will promptly provide the City any contracting information related to this Contract that is in the custody or possession of the Contractor on request of the City. On completion of this Contract, Contractor will either provide at no cost to the City all contracting information related to this Contract that is in the custody or possession of the Contractor or preserve the contracting information related to this Contract as provided by the records retention requirements applicable to the City.
