CONTRACTING AGENCY. The cities of Champaign and Urbana and the University agree to engage the services of the CCRPC for an amount not to exceed $25,000 to perform the work described in the tasks identified in items 1 through 6 under Section 1. Agreement for Scope of Work in this agreement. The total project amount is $50,000 of which $45,000 (90%) are provided by the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) grant funds and $5,000 (10%) are local funds provided by the City of Champaign, the City of Urbana and the University of Illinois.
