Common use of CONTRACTING ADMINISTRATOR Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTING ADMINISTRATOR. G.3.1 The Contracting Administrator (CA) is the representative Responsible for the general administration of this Human Care Agreement and Advising the Contracting Officer as to the compliance or noncompliance of the Provider with this Human Care Agreement. In addition, the CA is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and supervision of this Agreement. The CA is not authorized or empowered to make amendments, changes, or revisions to this agreement. The Contracting Administrator shall be assigned at the task order level for this HCA.
