Common use of Contracted Services Clause in Contracts

Contracted Services. The Employer will not contract out any work performed by employees in the bargaining unit that results in the layoff of any bargaining unit employee. The provisions of this article shall be subject to the Employer's obligation to comply with requirement of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, or any other legislation, policies, directives or regulations of any level of government which apply to the operation of the business.
