CONTRACT VOLUME. 1.7.1. Subject to the grant of an EU marketing authorisation, the contractor agrees to supply to the participating Member States a total of 225 million doses of the Product (the “Initial European Doses”) in accordance with the estimated delivery schedule set out in Article I.11 below (as adjusted pursuant to Article I.12, as the case may be). The contractor also agrees to supply to a participating Member State the relevant portion of the Initial European Doses in accordance with the estimated delivery schedule set out in Article I.11 below (as adjusted pursuant to Article I.12, as the case may be) if the participating Member State in question has granted a temporary national authorisation and if the contractor accepts the supply on the basis of such temporary national authorisation, it being understood that such acceptance may not be unreasonably withheld, provided, however, that the contractor may, inter alia, reject its acceptance if it sees a potential risk of undermining the public's confidence (in the relevant country or more broadly, in Europe given cross-border social media reach) in the safety and efficacy of potential vaccines without the approval of the Commission.

CONTRACT VOLUME. SELLER AGREES TO SELL AND DELIVER TO BUYER, AND BUYER AGREES TO PURCHASE FROM SELLER, __% OF BUYER'S NO. 6 FUEL OIL REQUIREMENTS DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT. BUYER'S ESTIMATED ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BRIDGEPORT HARBOR STATION AND NEW HAVEN HARBOR STATION ("THE LOCATIONS") ARE ___ MILLION BARRELS.
CONTRACT VOLUME. The contracted volume (“Contract Volume”) is the sum of the Miner Load and Aux Load. Measured as the highest metered load recorded in the prior six months (“Miner Load”) and the proportional site auxiliary load (“Aux Load”). Aux Load will be calculated as the overall site load less the load consumed by all miners, multiplied by the customer Miner Load divided by the total Miner Load on site. APLD will use the best available meter data to determine Miner Load and Aux Load, and may estimate load using commercially reasonable methodologies where needed. 3.3.
CONTRACT VOLUME. Born estimates to provide a minimum of twelve million ($12,000,000) in contract volume over the agreement period to Excalibur for goods and services.
CONTRACT VOLUME. The quantity of Product which SELLER is obligated to sell and deliver to BUYER in accordance with this Contract.

All deliveries of Product shall be evenly spread over the Initial Term and subsequent Contract Year(s) unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties and confirmed in writing.
CONTRACT VOLUME. For the purposes of locking in Your price, if You select either a Fixed Rate or a Half and Half Rate, Infinite Energy shall base Your expected usage, for the term of this Agreement, on either one or a combination of the following methods:

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • CONTRACT YEAR A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order.
