Contract Use. Who can use this? This is a Master Price Agreement and, as such, has Statewide Applicability. Political Subdivisions (municipalities, institutions for higher education, municipal/state schools, quasi-public agencies), as authorized by law, may participate in this Agreement. For any projects with a political subdivision, all ordering and billing shall be between the vendor and the political subdivision. Open Enrollment? No Emergency Use? Yes

Contractor’s Duties‌ Contractor, who is not a state employee, shall perform all duties described in this Master Contract to the satisfaction of State. State desires to purchase Infinity TaqPath SARS-CoV-2 assay test kits (“COVID-19 Test Kits”) intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2 in oropharyngeal (throat) swab, nasopharyngeal swab, anterior nasal swab, mid-turbinate nasal swab, and saliva specimens from individuals. The price per test is detailed in Exhibit C, which is attached and incorporated into this Contract.

Related to Contract Use

  • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work). Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances, and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
