Contract Usage. The contractual agreement with the Vendor will in no way obligate the Commonwealth of Kentucky to purchase any services or equipment under this Contract. The Commonwealth agrees, in entering into any contract, to purchase only such services in such quantities as necessary to meet the actual requirements as determined by the Commonwealth.
Contract Usage. A. Agency/department utilizing this contract shall submit a scope of services and request bid(s)/proposal(s) to the slate of pre-qualified contractors. Services to agencies/departments will be “project specific” and on an as-needed basis.

Contract Usage. The right is reserved to consider this Contract as canceled and the applicable fare forfeited if you do not use this Contract for the Ship or other Ships substituted, or land arrangements for the date mentioned, or should this Contract become lost or mislaid, or if you use this Contract for only part of the voyage indicated hereon, for any reason, whether or not due to causes beyond your control.
Contract Usage. During the term of this contract, other City of Tacoma Departments/Divisions shall have the right to enter into additional contracts or issue purchase orders based on the unit prices and/or service rates stated in this contract. The City retains the right to award to one (1) or more bidders or as best advantageous to the City. All contract usage must be authorized and resulting from Task Authorizations issued by the designated Contract Administrator, Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxx.
Contract Usage. Contractor shall maintain a system of record keeping that will allow Contractor to determine when it has incurred seventy-five percent (75%) of the Contract Sum, including the Pool Dollars expenditures, authorized for this Agreement.
