CONTRACT UPDATES. The Management Sellers shall not permit any member of the Keys Group to amend, modify or enter into any substitute Material Contracts with any third-party payors or lessors or sublessor unless: (i) the economic terms are no less favorable than those in effect on June 30, 2005; and (ii) the non-economic terms and conditions are not materially different than those in effect on June 30, 2005.
CONTRACT UPDATES. Clearwire will supply such portions and updates of all Attachment 2 Initial Contracts as necessary for Supplier to perform the Services.
CONTRACT UPDATES. The Contractor shall submit all requests to update the Product offerings in the form and format contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure. In connection with any Contract update, OGS reserves the right to: request additional information, reject Contract updates, remove Products from Contracts, remove Products from Contract updates, and request additional discounts for new or existing Products.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Disclosure Updates Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, notify Agent if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to the Lender Group contained, at the time it was furnished, any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made.   • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto. The term "Specifications" shall also include all written matter in the Project Manual or on the drawings and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.
