Contract Type. OASIS SB is a family of Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts for Government-wide professional service based requirements which is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities as listed in the current General Services Administration (GSA) Order, OGP 4800.2I, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Services. OASIS SB allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may also combine more than one contract type (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour etc.). Additionally, task orders may include incentives, performance based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items.

Contract Type. This is an indefinite quantity contract for the goods and/or services specified in Exhibit AScope of Professional Services. The quantities of goods and/or services specified are unknown. Delivery or performance shall be only as authorized by task authorizations in accordance with the terms of this contract. The CONSULTANT shall furnish the goods and/or services to the COUNTY, when and if ordered. The COUNTY shall order at least $25,000 in fees during the initial contract performance period. Contract Type. All awards made under the PROS V Program, unless otherwise stated in a solicitation, are issued as Firm-Fixed Price as defined in FAR Part 16.202. Alternate offers based on other types of contract types shall not be considered.
Contract Type. (a) This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type Contract for services with multiple pricing arrangements available for use in pricing individual Task Orders available to the Authority. The work required on the reference contract will be place through the issuance of task orders. Due to the variety of services required under the contract and the circumstances that affect their duration, the Authority anticipates using a variety of task orders at the Con- tracting Officer’s (CO) discretion consistent with the guidelines provided in Part 16 of the Federal Acquisition Regu- lations (FAR) to include Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) or Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF).
Contract Type. This Master Agreement is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract based on labor hours under which only FFP task orders can be issued. For work performed by the Contractor’s employees and/or Subcontractor employees, the labor categories, direct-productive-labor-hours (DPLH) and fixed labor rates shall apply. The pricing per labor category shall be based on the Contractor’s offer submitted in response RFP-18-002-SW.

Contract Type. This is a Requirements Contract and the County’s intent is to order from the Contractor all of the goods or services specified in the contract’s price schedule that are required to be purchased by the County. If the County urgently requires delivery of goods or services before the earliest date that delivery may be required under this contract, and if the contractor will not accept an order providing for accelerated delivery, the County may acquire the goods or services from another source. The County’s requirements in this contract are estimated and there is no commitment by the County to order any specified amount. Also, if the estimated quantities are not achieved, this shall not be the basis for an equitable adjustment. Moreover, if the Manager of the Procurement Division determines that the Contractor’s performance is less than satisfactory, the County may order the goods or services from other sources until the deficient performance has been cured or the contract terminated.
