Common use of CONTRACT TIMES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT TIMES. 2.1 The Work shall be substantially completed within 54 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment, in accordance with the General Conditions, within 54 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The Contract Times shall commence to run on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed.

The Work shall be Proceed (“Substantial Completion”), and completed and ready for final payment, payment in accordance with the General Conditions, Contract Documents within 54 Calendar Days 30 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The Contract Times shall commence to run on the day indicated specified in the Notice to ProceedProceed (“Final Completion”).

The Contract Times shall commence to run on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceedsubstantial completion is accepted.
