Contract Term and Renewal. The contract with the Rate Consultant will be for a term of two (2) years with the option of extending the contract for additional two (2) year terms. The Utility Policy Committee shall determine whether the Rate Consultant’s contract shall be extended for additional two (2) year terms. The contract term shall expire in April. The Utility Policy Committee shall make the determination whether to extend the Rate Consultant’s contract within sixty (60) days after the end of the previous two (2) year term. At the termination of the contract, including any extension, the advertisement, interview and selection process set forth in this Article shall be repeated. Nothing in this Article shall be construed to prohibit the City from terminating the contract with the Rate Consultant for a material breach of the terms of the contract prior to the end of its 2-year term or any extension of its term.
Contract Term and Renewal. This Contract shall be effective upon the aforementioned date and shall expire two (2) years thereafter, ending at 11:59 pm (the “Initial Term”). SRTA may elect to renew this Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) renewal periods with a term of up to two (2) year each (each a “Renewal Term”). Renewal of this Contract shall be at the sole discretion of SRTA. Any extension of the Term of the Contract must be in writing and signed by the Parties to the Contract.

The Authorities may elect to renew this Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) renewal periods with a term of up to one (1) year each (each a “Renewal Term”). Renewal of this Contract shall be at the sole discretion of the Authorities. The Initial Term and any Renewal Term may be referred to collectively as the "Term." Any extension of the Term of the Contract must be in writing and signed by the Parties to the Contract.
Contract Term and Renewal. This Contract shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until June 30, 2019 11:59 pm (local Atlanta time) (the “Initial Term”). SRTA may elect to renew this Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional renewal periods with a term of up to three (3) years each (each renewal a “Renewal Term”). The Initial Term and any and all Renewal Terms may be referred to collectively as the “Term.” The renewal of the Contract shall be at the sole discretion of SRTA and evidenced by an Amendment signed by both Parties. Subsequent to the execution of the Contract by both Parties, the Work to be rendered by the TSI Contractor shall commence by project once SRTA issues the TSI Contractor a Notice to Proceed for a project.
Contract Term and Renewal. 13.1. The term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year beginning on ______________, 2006, and terminating at midnight on ____________, 2007, with an option to renew thereafter for each of the next three 12 (twelve) month periods, unless terminated as provided in Article XVII below. If the Owner decides to exercise the option to renew, it shall be in written form to Contractor, thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Contract. In the event that the Contract is renewed, the terms and conditions will remain unchanged except as changed under Article XV below.
Contract Term and Renewal. This Agreement terminates at 12:00 midnight on the day that is five (5) years after the date of Full Implementation (the “Termination Date”). Prior to the Termination Date either party shall advise the other of their intention to renew (upon the such terms and conditions as may be suitable at the time) or to not renew as the case may be, by giving formal written notice at least six (6) months prior to the Termination Date in order to provide for a suitable period for necessary contract negotiations or, alternatively, in order to provide for an orderly transition in service.
Contract Term and Renewal. The term of this AGREEMENT shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end <<1-YEAR END DATE>>. The DISTRICT has the option to renew the AGREEMENT with the same terms on a yearly basis, based on program need, in accordance with the fee schedule as stated in EXHIBIT “A”. The PARTIES agree should all Services be completed by CONSULTANT and accepted, in writing, by DISTRICT prior to the end date stated within this Paragraph, the AGREEMENT shall automatically terminate. The DISTRICT will have the ability to renew the AGREEMENT on an annual basis for up to five (5) years maximum beginning on the Effective Date and could be extended through <<5-YEAR END DATE>>, if on an annual basis the DISTRICT elects to renew the AGREEMENT based on needs.
Contract Term and Renewal. The term ofthis Contract, shall be one year from the date ofexecution by Otter Tail County. At the end of the contract term, the contracting city will be given the opportunity to renew the contract under similar conditions agreeable to both parties.

The Commission, in its sole discretion, may elect to renew this Contract for the Maintenance Work on the same terms and conditions as contained in this Contract for such Maintenance Work for up to three (3) additional renewal periods with a term of up to two (2) years each (each renewal a "Renewal Term"). The Initial Term and any and all Renewal Terms may be referred to collectively as the "Term." The renewal of the Contract shall be at the sole discretion of the Commission and evidenced by an executed amendment; provided, that if the Commission elects to renew the Contract, Contractor must execute the amendment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all components of the Work to be completed that is completion based must be completed within the time periods set forth in the Scope.
Contract Term and Renewal. 13.1 The term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year beginning on January 1st, 2023 and terminating at midnight on December 31st, 2023 with an option to renew thereafter for successive twelve (12) month periods, up to six (6) years; based on the results of yearly vendor performance assessment by the Director of the Department of General Services unless terminated as provided in Article XVII below. If the Owner decides to exercise the option to renew, it shall be in written form to Contractor, thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Contract. In the event that the Contract is renewed, the terms and conditions will remain unchanged except as changed under Article XV below.
