Contract Supervision. At all times during performance of this contract and until the work is completed and accepted, the contractor shall directly supervise the work or assign supervision to a competent superintendent who is satisfactory to the Forest Officer and has the authority to act for the contractor. Contract Supervision must be designated prior to the commencement of operations using the “Designation of Contract Representative” Form available at the Forestry Office.
Contract Supervision. The contract will be supervised by the Chief of Social Policy, Evidence and Evaluation (SPEE) section, with support of ICT Chief, of UNICEF Nepal Country Office. Chief of PME or Planning and Monitoring Specialist from the Planning and Monitoring (PM) Section will be the contracting supervisor depending upon the extent of the humanitarian situation. Overall, the consulting firm will be accountable for timeliness and quality of data and reports submitted to UNICEF PM Section. The team leader from the consulting firm will be the main focal point for UNICEF interaction. Within UNICEF, PM Section will be the focal point and be responsible to make sure that the monitoring teams perform as per the agreed contract. The reports submitted by the field monitors will be verified by PM section.
Contract Supervision. The Independent Contractor agrees and understands that although he/she is an Independent Contractor Director and/or designee will are responsible for making sure that contractor adheres to all SC Targeted Case Management Policies and Procedures.
