CONTRACT SCOPE. 1.1.1 This Contract, by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation (“State”) and a Contractor (“Contractor”), is for the provision of 50-inch flat screen televisions, 55-inch flat screen televisions, and mounting brackets on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the contract. Unit price bids are requested on products that meet or exceed the specifications defined herein. The absence of detailed specifications or descriptions shall be recognized as meaning that only the best commercial practices are to prevail and that only first quality materials and workmanship are to be used. All interpretations of specifications shall be made from this statement. It is understood that the specifications or references to available specifications shall be sufficient to make the terms of such specifications binding on the Contractor. Contractors must submit descriptive literature and technical specifications covering the products offered for bid evaluation. Reference to literature submitted previously will not satisfy this requirement.
