Contract Schedule. 1. The Contractor shall submit to the City a detailed work schedule showing: phases of construction, and the order in which, and the method by which it is proposed to carry out the works. Adequate details shall be furnished for each of the major activities on the project and the arrangements, methods, materials, equipment and construction plans, and time allotted by the Contractor. The Contractor shall take into account all factors influencing the Contract. The schedule shall require the approval of the City prior to work commencing on site. During construction, the schedule shall be updated bi-weekly and provided to the City for review.
