Contract Schedule. The Contract Schedule (i) accurately sets forth the identifying number of each Contract, the Obligor's name and address, the original Scheduled Maturity Date of each Contract, the remaining maturity of each Contract, the Discounted Contract Balance of each Contract as of the Cut-Off Date, the amount and scheduled due date of each Contract Payment due under each of the Contracts, and the original amount funded on each Contract, (ii) accurately sets forth the information with respect to certain other characteristics of the Contracts and the Equipment described on such list, (iii) identifies those Contracts which constitute Pool A and those Contracts which constitute Pool B and (iv) is otherwise true and correct in all material respects.
Contract Schedule. The “Contract Schedule” is the graphical representation of the practical plan for carrying out the Work and completing the Work within the Contract Time as set forth in the Contract Documents. The Contract Schedule provides a list of intended events and times to complete each event as set forth in the Contract Documents. Days. Days are calendar days, including weekdays, weekends and holidays, unless otherwise specified.

Contract Schedule. The information set forth in the Contract Schedule with respect to such Contract was true and correct as of the opening of business on the related Cut-Off Date, and the principal balance and the APR of the Contract as of the related Cut-Off Date have been accurately and correctly calculated in all documents within the related Contract File and is accurately and correctly shown on the Contract Schedule. All reports delivered to Purchaser by Seller regarding payments made by Obligor subsequent to the Cut-Off Date will be, when delivered, true and correct.
Contract Schedule. 1. The Contractor shall submit to the City a detailed work schedule showing: phases of construction, and the order in which, and the method by which it is proposed to carry out the works. Adequate details shall be furnished for each of the major activities on the project and the arrangements, methods, materials, equipment and construction plans, and time allotted by the Contractor. The Contractor shall take into account all factors influencing the Contract. The schedule shall require the approval of the City prior to work commencing on site. During construction, the schedule shall be updated bi-weekly and provided to the City for review.
