Contract Reporting. The Contractor shall report information on orders received from Customers associated with this Contract. The Contractor shall submit reports in accordance with the following schedule: Report Period Covered Due Dates MFMP Transaction Fee Report Calendar month 15th calendar day of the month following the receipt of payment for the vendor’s good or services. Initiation and submission of the Quarterly Report is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the period, the Contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If the Contractor fails to submit two consecutive quarterly sales reports, this Contract may be terminated for convenience or the Department may choose to not renew the Contract. In addition, the Department may require additional sales information such as copies of purchase orders, or ad hoc sales reports.
