CONTRACT REFERENCE. This Agreement and Appendices will be incorporated by reference into each teacher’s individual teaching contract with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein. All teachers will be hired under the appropriate contract required for the position. Temporary contracts may be used when necessary to protect the financial stability of the district. Any teacher employed under a Temporary contract will sign a statement verifying his/her awareness of the contract type at the time of the job offer. A copy of the signed verification form will be given to the teacher and a copy will be placed in the teacher’s personnel file. Every effort will be made to provide individual contracts to teachers no later than thirty (30) days after ratification of the negotiated agreement.
