Common use of Contract Quarterly Sales Reports Clause in Contracts

Contract Quarterly Sales Reports. The Contractor shall submit Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). The Contractor’s first Quarterly Sales Report will be due 30 calendar days after the first full quarter following Contract execution. Reports must be submitted in MS Excel format and can be retrieved by accessing the following link at FL DMS Quarterly Sales Report Form. The report shall include all Customer sales received and associated with this Contract during the quarter. Initiation and submission of the Quarterly Sales Report is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the period, the Contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If the Contractor fails to submit two consecutive quarterly sales reports, the Contract may be terminated, or the Department may choose to not renew the Contract.
