CONTRACT PRINTING. The State and VTA shall share responsibility for timely agreement on the final language of all contracts. The parties shall sign originals of the contracts, which shall control in the event of any dispute over the contents of the contracts. Each party shall be responsible for printing their own copies for their constituents.
