Failure to provide such information will entitle the Authority or the Beneficiary to delay payment of the Contract Price until such information is provided. Subject to Clauses 6.3 and 6.6, the Authority or any Beneficiary shall pay any invoice submitted by the Contractor in accordance with Clause 6.4 within 30 days of receipt by the Authority or the Beneficiary of such invoice.
