Common use of CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL. The Contract is effective on September 1, 2020 and terminates on August 31, 2021, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. System Agency may renew this contract for four (4) additional 12-month periods if funds are available. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
