Common use of Contract Number Clause in Contracts

Contract Number. for injuries or damages suffered or caused by the apprentice in the host company/organisation not connected with apprenticeship. The host company/organisation hereby certifies that it is covered for third party liability [Insurance Company ………………… and Contract number……….…..] for injuries or damages suffered or caused by the apprentice during work or tasks performed in connection with the apprenticeship. The apprentice certifies that s/he is covered for third party liability [Insurance Company ………………… and Contract number …………..] for injuries or damages suffered or caused by him or her, including abroad, outside the host company/organisation, in actions of daily life. This insurance coverage may, where required, be taken out by the training institution (of the country of origin) for the apprentice’s account.
