EXERCISE OF OPTION: EXTENSION Contractor and Sourcewell hereby desire and agree to extend the Contract, with the above modification, for the period of April 20, 2023 through April 19, 2024.
Contract Modification. The MOU shall be modified only by a written MOU amendment and approval of the parties. No alteration or variation of the terms and conditions of this Memorandum shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties. Every amendment shall specify the date on which its provisions shall be effective.
