CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING. The key performance indicators for this contract will include as a minimum;  Open mindedness to innovation and improvement, responsive to programme evaluation and changing needs of the NHS.  Producing trainees with the academic rigour needed to complement their workplace experience in producing competent managers with the potential to become leaders of the future.  Satisfactory recognition of the diverse composition of the trainees and family commitments in line with NHS philosophy of improving working lives.  Satisfactory feedback at national contract review meetings.  Sustained consideration into delivery over a wide geographical spread.  Satisfactory evaluation of trainees in all aspects of delivery- responsiveness to queries, request for additional help and regular feedback on performance.  Satisfactory marks/levels of achievement by trainees in each subject area of the formal qualification and core learning.  Satisfactory feedback and reviews from key stakeholders including trainees, line manager, local schemes staff and patient and public involvement groups.  Efficient and effective administration of the study programme and delivery of action learning sets and core learning.  Commitment to work with the NHS Institute and other suppliers on a national, coordinated dates and communication plan for all trainees.  Timely notification of the progress of all trainees to the Graduate Management Training Scheme.
