Contract Language. The Borrower shall include in all contracts (unless exempt) with its prime contractor(s) the language set forth in APPENDIX F. Further, the Borrower agrees to fully comply with Subpart C of 2 C.F.R. 180 and Subpart C of 2 C.F.R. 1532 regarding debarment and suspension and agrees to include or cause to be included in any contract at any tier the requirement that a contractor comply with Subpart C of 2 C.F.R. 180 and Subpart C of 2 C.F.R. 1532 if the contract is expected to equal or exceed $25,000.
