Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:
Network Maintenance and Management 36.1 The Parties will work cooperatively to implement this Agreement.
