Contract Formation. a) If this Contract results from a sealed bid offered in response to a solicitation conducted pursuant to Chapters 2 (commencing with Section 10290), 3 (commencing with Section 12100), and 3.6 (commencing with Section 12125) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code (PCC), then Contractor's bid is a firm offer to the State which is accepted by the issuance of this Contract and no further action is required by either party.
