Common use of Contract Employees Clause in Contracts

Contract Employees. 22.01 Contract employees (part-time and full-time) who are ordinarily required to work more than thirteen (l3) hours per week and contract employees who work on a regular and continuing basis are entitled to the following provisions. This Article does not apply to permanent employees. This Article, together with Articles 2, 4.01, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13.01, 20 and 23 constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties on this subject.
