Contract Document. This Contract is composed of Sections 1 through 9, Exhibits A through F, Attachments 1 through and any exhibits referenced in said attachments, and any documents incorporated by reference, which contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties.

Contract Document. This Contract is composed of the documents referenced in this section.
Contract Document. On receipt of work order from the Employer, the successful tenderer shall be bound to implement the contract and within 14 days thereof, he shall sign an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value. The contractor shall be furnished, one certified copy of the contract documents as may be forming part of the tender papers. None of these documents shall be used for any purpose other than that of this contract.
Contract Document. The Network Service Provider shall provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this contract including its attachments, Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment III, and Attachment IV, and any Exhibits referenced in said attachments, together with any documents incorporated by reference, which contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. The definitions found in the Standard Contract Definitions, located at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/admin/contracts/docs/GlossaryofContractTerms.pdf are incorporated into and made a part of this contract. The PUR 1000 Form (10/06 version) is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this contract. Sections 1.d., 2-4, 6, 8-13, 20, 23, 27, and 31 of the PUR 1000 Form are not applicable to this contract. In the event of any conflict between the PUR 1000 Form and any other terms or conditions of this contract, such other terms or conditions shall take precedence over the PUR 1000 Form.
Contract Document. Contract Documents & Hierarchy This Contract sets forth the entire understanding of the Parties and consists of the documents listed below. In the event any of these documents conflict, the conflict will be resolved in the following order of priority (highest to lowest):
