Contract Disputes. Any disputes between Contractor and the County regarding the performance of services shall be mutually resolved by the County’s Project Director and the Contractor’s Project Manager, in consultation with Contractor’s Executive Support Team. In the event no mutual agreement can be reached, the decision of the Administrator shall prevail.
