Contract Development. 30. The work of the Negotiation team consists of all agreements reached by the large group. It includes the Memorandum of Understanding and any addenda, continuing committee charges, or other items directed by the large group.
Contract Development. 1.1 Develop and manage all aspects of the procurement process in line with State Supply Commission polices including the development of contract specifications and contract documentation.
Contract Development. In 3rd party contract development situations involving the SDK, the owner of any resulting SDK-compiled application must be SDK licensed.
Contract Development. (a) The SPONSOR shall, by contract or with its own forces, be responsible for preparation of all plans, specifications and estimates ("P.S.&E.") for the Project. The DEPARTMENT's list of the essential documents to be prepared by the SPONSOR, entitled “Plans, Specifications, Estimates and Bid Proposal Package,” is attached to and made part of this Agreement as Exhibit “B.” All work shall be in conformance with applicable state and federal laws and requirements, including, but not limited to, those outlined in the Federal-Aid Policy Guide, Chapter I, Subchapter G and the most current version of the Stewardship and Oversight Agreement between the DEPARTMENT and the FHWA. Contract Development. Consults with contract stakeholders and leads the process of development of procurement strategies, contract objectives, scope, procurement timeframes, benchmarks for evaluation, and other contractual terms. Oversees and develops contracts, ensuring stakeholder management is maintained throughout the various stages of the procurement process, and in accordance with the WA health system’s relevant Authorisation Schedules and WA Government procurement policies and guidelines. Contract Management: Manages contracts under assigned categories as per the current Contract management guidelines and /or as directed by the Manager, Category Coordinates and manages contract life cycle, i.e. initiates reviews and liaises with stakeholders with regard to the contract’s effectiveness; both cost and performance. Ensures purchases under the respective contract reflect agreed contract terms. Undertakes or participates in discussions with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve problems associated with the execution and/or management of contracts. Monitors and evaluates vendor performance against contract deliverables and agreed service levels to ensure contract compliance. Evaluates variation proposals and interpretations of contract terms and provides appropriate recommendations to the relevant stakeholders. Risk Management: Identifies risks or issues arising from contracts and assists with mitigation and dispute resolution where required. Assist internal and external stakeholders with the evaluation of contracts. Assist with ongoing budget requirements with respect to contract expenditure. Liaise with the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), as required, on the implementation of policies regarding the procurement process. Provide advice and assistance regarding procurement and contract management.
Contract Development. (a) The SPONSOR, by contract or with its own forces, shall be responsible for all work involved with contract development, including preparation of all plans, specifications, estimates (―PS&E‖) and bid proposal documents required to bid the Project. Exhibit ―B,‖ attached to and made a part of this Agreement, lists the documents that may be required for the bid proposal. All work shall conform with applicable state laws and requirements including, but not limited to, those outlined in the most current version of Publication 9.
Contract Development. After a winning bid is selected, the contracts must be negotiated. This is a time-sensitive process. In addition to the PPA between the government agency and the system owner, there will be a lease or easement specifying terms for access to the property (both for construction and maintenance). REC sales may be included in the PPA or as an annex to it (see Page 6 for details on RECs).

Contract Development. 2.1. LOTTE hereby contracts the Development to ZBB, and ZBB accepts such contract under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Contract Development. In consideration for the research and development to be conducted by DiagnoCure pursuant to Schedule 3, Gen-Probe shall, commencing on January 1, 2004, pay to DiagnoCure seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) per year for two (2) consecutive years thereafter, each such yearly funding payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments. The Contract Development periods may be extended at Gen-Probe's option on an annual basis at a rate to be mutually-agreed upon, by the delivery of written notice not later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-existing period. Gen-Probe shall provide to DiagnoCure, at Gen-Probe's cost, the instruments and reagents more particularly described in Schedule 3 for DiagnoCure's internal non-commercial purposes, including research. Except as expressly set forth in this Section 4.3, any additional research and development funding by Gen-Probe shall be negotiated in good faith by the parties and subject in each case to written approval by the Joint Advisory Committee. DiagnoCure shall have the right to request during the term of this Agreement, that Gen-Probe supply instruments and reagents to *CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED
