Contract Compliance Review. The ESS TA will review contract compliance again in six (6) months. Upon review, the ESS TA will contact the Contractor to discuss their progress and determine if an updated plan of action is required. Once the Contractor is in compliance, the ESS TA will document this in writing and no further action is required. If the Contractor fails to follow through with their plan of action, the Contractor must meet with the ESS Unit and develop a six (6) month plan of correction. The plan of correction will be reviewed by the ESS Unit at the end of six (6) months. If no progress has been made at that time, the Contractor will be placed on probation, and all new referrals will be suspended. The Contractor is required to submit a monthly progress report while on probation. When the Contractor demonstrates progress toward achieving contract compliance, probation will be lifted.

Within 60 days of the end of the first Reporting Period, Maximus will provide OAS with a list of all consulting contracts or financial arrangements that relate in any way to Federal health care programs under which Maximus worked during the Reporting Period. For each contract or financial relationship, Maximus will identify: (1) the date of the contract or task order; (2) the parties to the contract or arrangement (“Client(s)”); (3) a brief description of the scope of work;

Contract Compliance Review. Advocate acknowledges that from time-to-time Advocate may be reviewed or monitored to ensure that the Service Providers, proprietary interest, including Service Providers marketing strategy, are protect and advanced. Said reviews or monitoring may be done either personally or by electrical or mechanical means and Advocate understands and agrees that such is intended to further the companies interest, including the marketing strategy, of the Service Provider and also as an independent aid in Advocate’s professional standings as a licensed Benefits Provider Advocate with the State in which the Advocate operates Advocate hereby consents of such monitoring and agrees that the same may be undertaken without further notification to Advocate.

Contract Compliance Review. ADES may, but is not obligated to, conduct compliance reviews to monitor the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding this provision, you are not relieved of your full responsibility and accountability for the provision of services according to this Agreement.
